The “Be One of Us” scholarship entitles recipients to attend Tompkins Cortland for the tuition rate of a New York State resident, which is a significant savings of several thousand dollars. Volunteer opportunities that “Be One of Us” recipients engage in also provide the benefit of valuable work experience in the USA that could enhance their resumes and their future prospects. To maintain the scholarship, students must live in campus housing for the 1st year, maintain a 2.5 G.P.A., and perform 15 hours of community service per semester.
