The program provides annual scholarships for two Polish students to pursue graduate studies and gain corporate experience at American companies. During the first two years of the scholarship, students take MBA courses and work part-time. In the third year, they intern full-time in an area associated with their studies. After completing their studies and work experience, students are required to return to Central Europe to apply their business knowledge for the improvement of business in their country. To facilitate their transition home and provide professional assistance, students are assigned executive mentors from the region.
