As an international freshmen or international transfer student at UMass Dartmouth, you'll automatically be considered for the following scholarships based on your application and acceptance to UMassD. International Freshmen $10,000-$15,500 with a high school GPA of 2.75 and above International Transfers $10,000 with a transfer GPA of 3.0 and above The merit scholarship is granted for a total of four years (eight semesters) as long as the student maintains full-time status (12 day credits each semester) and a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 at UMassD. If the student drops below full-time (less than 12 day credits per semester) and/or falls below the required 3.0 GPA, the scholarship is permanently forfeited.
