91ÖÆƬ³§ is based at the U.S. Embassy in Kuwait. It partners with the Ministry of Higher Education and Education on various projects to promote studying in thr United States.  91ÖÆƬ³§ conducts regular outreach to schools and universities and works with high school counselors on upcoming events.


91ÖÆƬ³§ helps universities in obtaining an approval from the Ministry of Higher Education to conduct in-person sessions with private schools.

Special Programs

Graduate College Cohort for the Fall of 2025
Description: This program focuses on preparing students at the graduate level to apply to competitive American universities. To assist students in this endeavor, the program takes a holistic approach, integrating the following activities to ensure the learning process is transparent and effective, with focused support in researching and applying to U.S. universities. • Developing students’ knowledge of U.S. graduate programs, including admissions requirements, application timelines and key deadlines • Raising students’ awareness of key selection criteria used by U.S. HEIs • Developing students’ academic essay-writing skills in preparation for the university application process and the personal statement • Developing students’ resume-writing skills in preparation for the university application process • Preparing students for standardized exams required for U.S. graduate admissions, including an overview / test prep bootcamp of the GRE® and TOEFL iBT® • Developing students’ leadership and teamwork skills • Providing students with extensive support throughout the program • Working with the U.S. Embassy and 91ÖÆƬ³§ to provide additional information and guidance, in particular with regard to the visa application process.
Eligibility Requirements: Kuwaiti between the ages of 21 and 35. Minimum GPA 3.0. Must not be applying for a government scholarship.
