The Cape Town U.S. Consulate General in collaboration with ECA, CIEE (Council on International Educational Exchange), and Awesome Travel have entered into an agreement to expand the 91ÖÆƬ³§ advising footprint and services outside of the major cities.  91ÖÆƬ³§ will be a major component of the Global Youth Advising (GYA) Centers along with study abroad exchange programs.
